SBA love to recognise the amazing work that small businesses make to the NZ economy. The SBA Small Business of the Year awards is one of many ways SBA like to reward the work that our small business customers do. Last year we had over 50 customers enter and heard some amazing stories. Tony from Superior Fabrications from Hamilton took out the top prize and Sue was our runner up from Animal Kingdom Online Toys.
So, if you are an existing SBA customer and your business is doing great things and you can show good business planning and growth, or you may be a business that has succeeded despite challenges beyond the usual, then we want to hear from you.
To enter, fill in our simple application form below before the 30th of June 2024 and you could win one of 6 great prizes. We have $9000 worth of prizes to be won. Plus we recognise winners on the SBA website and social media as well as other PR opportunities about the winners that come our way.
Award Criteria
- The applicant must be the owner, partner or major shareholder of the business and active in its day-to-day operations.
- The business must be financially stable and operational for a minimum of two years.
- Businesses must be a customer of an SBA branch at the time the award is presented.
