Cartridge World Remuera

How Strategic Advice Transformed a Business

For over ten years, Cartridge World Remuera has been supplying new and used ink cartridges to its customers. With two employees and a steadily expanding online sales platform, the business was growing, and owner David Rundle realised that keeping pace with this growth required more than retail expertise. It needed the kind of forward-looking financial insight and strategic business advice provided through SBA’s Advisory* services.

While David had always relied on SBA for compliance accounting, this experience was different. It was about understanding the numbers, analysing them, and using them to make smarter decisions for the future. Working with an SBA Advisory business advisor, David received guidance on financial analysis, costing, strategic business advice and staff coaching. The support was consistent, efficient, and tailored to the needs of his business.

“The advisory work didn’t just update our financial documents; it transformed how we think and act with them. We gained a clearer financial direction, anticipated risks, and made smarter choices. With the full support of SBA Advisory, I can focus my time on running and growing the business.” David Rundle, Owner, Cartridge World Remuera.

The result has been a shift from simply recording financial data to actively using it as a tool for improvement and growth. With honest guidance, proactive advice, and a trusted partner always on hand, David feels more in control and confident about the future.

For David, the experience shows how valuable it is to have trusted expertise on hand to guide business decisions, and it is exactly the kind of forward-looking support that SBA Advisory offers to small business owners across New Zealand.
