Monthly Accounting Service
With our Monthly Accounting service, we will keep you informed about the profitability of your business, give you ongoing support, and offer timely advice when needed. Our approach is suited to today’s business environment, which is more responsive and beneficial than the traditional “year-end only” accounting.
What we will do for you:
1. Monthly profit and loss
We will prepare and send your monthly profit and loss reports to you, showing current and previous months sales and expenses. We will ensure you understand the cash flow reports.
This is an essential management tool for you, which can highlight dips and trends in trading giving early warning of inconsistencies. This provides an indication of the businesses profitability to date and allows us to advise you on an ongoing basis.
2. GST returns
We will prepare your GST Returns and E-file (electronically filed) to IRD. We will send you a copy, so you can forward any payment due to the IRD.
We can prepare this for you monthly, every two months, or every six months.
3. End-of-year accounts
We will prepare your end-of-year accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and depreciation schedule.
4. Income tax returns
We will prepare your income tax returns and calculate your income tax liability.
5. Income tax payments
We will remind you of your income tax payments as they become due.
6. Bank statements
We will process your bank statements monthly.
7. Tax support
We will provide tax support during the year, including pay-in slips.
